Resista Elastic Band Loops 25cm.

The strength progression is the same as all Resista Band products:

• Yellow: Extra Light
• Red: Light
• Green: Medium
• Blue: Med-Heavy

These Elastic Band loops can be used for a variety of applications.  Particularly to increase strength and balance. The Elastic Band loop resistance is aligned with the resistance level of a regular band tied into a Elastic Band loop.

The loops are individually poly-bagged and accompanied by upper and lower body exercise suggestions.

These are available in single loops, or in packs of 4 (1 loop of each colour).
