Shipping for bulky and oversized pieces of pilates equipment will be calculated based on your postcode, the product you have ordered and whether you are a retail or wholesale customer. Shipping costs will be automatically be calculated at check out if you are located in a Metro city.

For country and regional orders you will be provided with a specific freight quote after your purchase. A specific and individualized quote can also be supplied prior to payment. There are never any hidden costs. We will not charge your credit card without prior approval if additional costs are incurred. Bulky items are tagged with this icon 

For Pilates accessories the following shipping fees apply;

• Metro centres

For non-bulky pilates accessories the following shipping fees apply;

– Deliveries across Australian cities are freight FREE for orders over $50, otherwise $9.90 shipping applies.

Please note that we do NOT authorise Australia Post to leave deliveries if addresses are unattended.
